Families are recognized. Care is personalized — not standardized. Large institutional facilities cannot deliver this level of attention by design. Our boutique model exists to fix exactly that problem.

No. This is one of our most important differentiators. We use a flat, all-inclusive pricing model with no level-of-care upcharges. Your rate is locked for a minimum of 24 months from move-in. As care needs evolve — more assistance, more support — your rate does not change. No surprises. No billing shocks.

We are currently under construction and preparing for our Scottsdale opening. We are now accepting pre-registrations, which allows families to reserve their preferred suite at our pre-opening rate. It means one monthly rate covers your private suite, three chef-prepared meals daily, all personal care assistance, medication management, housekeeping, laundry, on-site salon services, daily activities and programming, scheduled transportation, and 24/7 staff presence. Nothing is billed separately. The only things not included are personal medical expenses and outside services a resident chooses independently.

Yes. We have an open-door policy for family visits during reasonable hours. This is your loved one's home — families are always welcome. We also proactively communicate care updates, changes, and milestones so families are never left wondering how their loved one is doing.

Respite care is short-term stay — typically a few days to a few weeks — for seniors whose regular caregivers need a break, or for families wanting to trial a community before committing long-term.
